Job Description:

- Greet and welcome patients to the practice
- Review with patients treatment diagnosed, answer questions and concerns, discuss financial options
- Responsible for optimizing the appointments schedule by ensuring the day is full
- Verify procedures are completed, collect payments and submit insurance claims electronically
- Managing patient financial accounts
- Estimating and collecting patient portion due at a time of service and accurately record payments
- Ensure all patients leave the practice with next visit scheduled
- Bill patients, take payment, send claim to insurance, respond to all enquiries in a positive manner
- Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

- The right person is able to multi-task in different areas of the practice.
- CDA background is a bonus.
- Additional languages spoken besides English is a plus
- Paradigm software experience preferred.
- 1 year experience is preferred.
