- 5+ years experience in Residential/Commercial Construction
- Advanced understanding of carpentry & layout work.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Individual must be able to complete tasks such as

Exterior
- Siding, soffits, fascia, waterproofing, installation of windows & doors, framing, decks, fences.

Interior

Framing, insulation, vapor barrier, hang drywall, interior doors.

Skills such as

Flooring, carpet, mudding/taping, trim & finish work, countertops, cabinets, painting, Concrete forming. Are considered an asset but not a requirement.
