**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to management on their progress.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.
- Incorporate technology into the curriculum to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.

**Skills/Requirements**
- Current Valid BC ECE certificate
- Current Valid First aid & CPR certificate
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for educating young minds and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.

Wage includes $6/hour Wage Enhancement $21-23/hour + $6 WEE ($27-29)

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 42.5 per week
