Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project progress and communicate with team members
- Provide guidance and support to construction crews, subcontractors, and other team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting and cost estimation

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to various job sites as needed

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)
