The **Indian & Western** Cuisine **Chef** is required to provide quality **Indian & Western** cuisines including Continental, Curry and/or Tandoori, and Catering service for our clients and to maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Garnish and serve prepared dishes
- Estimate food requirements
- Supervise kitchen staff's activities
- Manage kitchen staff
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Rectify arising problems or complaints

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
