Air Nunavut Ltd./SmoothAir Charter is seeking an enthusiastic Charter Flight Coordinator to join our team
We are a reputable northern Canadian charter company founded in 1989. The company operates a fleet of Dassault Falcon jets available for private charter from our southern Ontario base at Oshawa Airport, located just outside Toronto, Canada. We also operate a fleet of King Air 200 pressurized twin-engine turboprops from our northern base in Iqaluit, Nunavut (Air Nunavut Ltd). We have built an industry leading team with a singular goal in mind; to provide excellence in every phase of your charter travel experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and sending out charter quotes for both the King Air and Falcon Jet fleets.
- Answering telephones and communicating with clients throughout the entire charter sales process, from initial quote to flight preparation and post flight.
- Scheduling/dispatching aircraft, and flight following.
- Making arrangements for Customs, Fuel, Ground Transportation, Catering, or any other flight requirements.
- Completing post-flight paperwork and ensuring trip files are processed adequately for the Accounting Department.
- Completing any other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with Aviation Software such as Bart/Seagil Software or any other quoting and scheduling software is an asset.
- Must have excellent planning, organizational, communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Flight dispatch experience and asset.
- Excellent mathematic skills
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy of work.
- Knowledge of aviation and/or prior office administration skills is an asset.
- Ability to work with frequent changes in procedures, directions and outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or French considered an asset.

Please note: Must have the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays or other shifts as needed (morning, evening and overnight). Shifts align with flight movements and are fluid if there are delays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
