**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute renovation projects, including residential and commercial spaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Install flooring materials, including tile laying and other flooring options.
- Install Cabinet and woodworks, like door casing and window casing
- Drywall boarding, mudding, sanding, and patching
- Painting and Utilize caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively.
- Operate various power tools safely and efficiently for construction tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as required for each project is a bonus to consider

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in concrete forming, masonry, tile laying, caulking, concrete finishing, Cabinet and flooring installation.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols associated with their use.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
