**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on various machinery and equipment.
- Fabricate and weld components as required for repairs or improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Trimming and preparing landscape to its best condition
- Assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures
- Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal as required
- Conduct and complete other works relevant and required of the position
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the facility.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and general repair techniques.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred.
- Ability to weld and fabricate materials as needed for repairs.
- Ability to paint and fix walls, baseboards, stairs and railing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring mínimal downtime for operations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
