PF Immigration is currently seeking an experienced Regulated Immigration Consultant to join our firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys a team-work environment with client contact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end immigration matters for multiple concurrent applicants.
- Independently and effectively managing high volume of immigration cases under strict deadlines.
- Advise clients on required changes to documents currently on file
- Detailed analysis of documents provided by clients.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and immigration governing bodies.
- Provide guidance and direction to legal assistants.
- Handle complex files.
- Conduct research and access government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents are being used.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration practices and procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Member in good standing with the College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants (CICC);
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Must have minimum 2 years of work experience in Canadian Immigration Law.
- Owner Operator and its associated process and procedures including business planning.
- Intra-Company Transferee (ICT) and its associated process and procedures including work permit process.
- Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) business and skilled categories.
- Excellent command of English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Very strong drafting skills with the ability to create outstanding submission letters.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized, have a keen attention for detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrate integrity, and able to solve escalated issues.
- Ability to manage stressful and complex situations with a high degree of diplomacy.
- Salary to commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
