Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
The primary purpose of this role is to organize, track, monitor and schedule training requirements (both General and Dept. specific) needed for all employees.

This includes, but is not limited to;
- tracking personnel compliance to training requirements
- life critical training, regulatory training, general policy and procedural training.
- Success Factors on-site super-user
- Sharepoint Super-user
- on/off-boarding of personnel
- portal updates
- Maintain personnel training documents and certifications (dirvers licence, red tickets, etc.)
- participate/facilitate MOOC's
- Training Audits

Qualifications:

- A recognized post secondary degree (Bachelors, Diploma, Certification)
- 2+ Years Manufacturing / EHS Experience
- High level skill with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently with limited on-going supervision
- High level of organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability/flexibility with changing schedules
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your time
- Ability to work closely with multiple management styles
- Success Factors experience
- Sharepoint experience
- MS office suite experience
- Organizational skills / independant worker
- Possesses a positive safety culture attitude and displays the commitment to Celanese's NO HARM values
