You will help transform lives while building meaningful and rewarding connections as you deliver a valued service. **Who We Are and Your Role**: We are currently looking for a part time chiropractor to join our LT Sport Medicine Clinic team in Mississauga, ON. Life Time Sport Medicine Clinics operate two full service facilities in the greater Toronto area, offering: Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Athletic therapy. We emphasize learning through a team approach, with an energetic group of practitioners who love what they do and enjoy working with other health care professionals. Our mission and focus at LT SMC is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. We are looking for a chiropractor with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience, is at the top of their profession, passionate about active rehabilitation, and extremely professional and caring. Our chiropractors provide comprehensive orthopaedic rehabilitation and treatment to address the needs of injured clients and athletes. Knowledge and experience in sports therapy would be a definite asset. The Life Time Sport Medicine Clinic provides services to an amazing, highly motivated and athletic clientele. **You Will Be Responsible For**: - Marketing - Engaging with potential patients in the club and on the fitness floor - Communication and Education - Getting patients excited to commit to treatment - Delivering Results - Providing exceptional care **Other Specific Requirements**: - Assessment of injured patients and determining current health status and level of injury. - Establish treatment plan and carry out treatment and rehabilitation using manual therapy techniques and active rehabilitation programs. - Working closely with the different departments within the club to build referral relationships to assist with member injuries - Provide a patient experience that is consistent with the Life Time Way. - Become actively involved in the various club activities and participate in the many events scheduled throughout the year. - Ability to organize and implement annual marketing strategies and networking systems geared towards members and non-members. **Compensation and Benefits**: - Complimentary Life Time Family membership ($350+/month value) - Flexible schedule - Compensation is an incentive based % split of monthly billings (earn a higher % split with increased billing monthly) - Average patient visit cost ~$100 - Earning potential at 40 Tx/week —>$8,500 / month ($102,000 / year) - Earning potential at 50 Tx/week—> $10,750 / month ($129,000 / year) - Discounts on Life Time services, products and Life Café purchases **Expectations**: - Commit to working mínimally 25 hours per week, with weekend coverage - Develop treatment plans to restore muscle and joint function, maintain patient progress and optimize performance. - Achieve a practice growth averaging 40 patients per week in year one - Excellent communication, self-sufficient and disciplined Life Time is a place for everyone.
