**Position profile.**

The Territory Sales Representative’s role involves visiting dealerships and producers in their territory and offering sales and service for Airguard products. Technical sales and support will be a primary role. Assisting with installation of Airguard’s products will also be very important. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Representative will attend tradeshows, travel to dealerships and meet with producers in their assigned territory. The Territory Sales Representative is an active member of the Sales Team and participates in team meetings, working as a team member to collaboratively and independently address initiatives, challenges and issues. Problem solving to achieve the most effective solutions for the Customer and the Company. The Territory Sales Representative has the following responsibilities:
**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges
- Report on regional sales results
- Present our products and services to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Represent the company at tradeshows and events
- Extensive and frequent travel to dealerships and producers within their territory
- Provide technical sales training to our dealership partners staff
- Work closely with internal teams to provide quotes and process sales orders
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
- Managing the CRM database for customers within their territory
- Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach

**Qualification & requirements**
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License
- 2 years of direct work experience in an outside sales setting preferred
- Physical labour - ability to handle frequent driving and occasional lifting and installing of equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment requiring multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Ability to work independently and in conjunction with other team members
- Farming knowledge/background is an asset
