Chatime Merivale is currently hiring a full-time Store Assistant Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated & passionate person to join our team

Store Location:

- Chatime Merivale ; 1547 Merivale Road, Nepean

Key Qualifications:

- 2+ years of Food & Beverage experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass all Chatime station training

Duties include:

- First point of contact for all matters and emergencies at all times and taking the necessary course of action;
- Scheduling using the Push software and achieving labour targets;
- Attending biweekly All Managers meetings;
- Scheduling and chairing all meetings including monthly team lead meetings and quarterly staff meetings;
- Inventory management including but not limited to ordering inventory as required;
- Perform monthly inventory counts including inventory receiving;
- Ensure that the store and all staff are compliant with Chatime’s current policies, procedures, promotions, campaigns, training content, etc.;
- Maintain a healthy roster of exceptional staff by conducting frequent recruiting;
- Enforce daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules of all spaces and equipment as per Chatime’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness Standard;
- Order local ingredients, supplies, etc., for the store as required;
- Solve complex customer service issues;
- Provide staff evaluation and recommendation for promotion readiness;
- Ensure end of day reports and duties are performed correctly and funds are balanced daily;
- Report all conflicts and any situation that may require disciplinary action; and,
- Other job duties as described on the Chatime Management Expectations Checklist or as required.

Operating Hours & Availability:

- Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9:30am. Closing shifts can end as late as 12am.
