**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve overall store performance.
- Maintain store standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper product placement.
- Handle payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive team culture.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in store management or a similar retail role is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in math for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of training development practices to enhance employee performance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
