**Evening Shift Restaurant Supervisor (Fast Casual Dining)**

**Position Overview**:
As the Evening Shift Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of evening operations—from food preparation and service to staff management and closing procedures. You’ll ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional experience while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the night team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food.
- Supervise all kitchen and front-of-house operations during the night shift.
- Cook and assist with food preparation as needed to maintain service flow.
- Train, coach, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and inventory levels.
- Handle cash management, closing duties, and end-of-day reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of leadership or supervisory experience** in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Strong **cooking and kitchen operations** background.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible availability for night and weekend shifts.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
