General Description of Role:
Major Responsibilities:

- Utilize system tools to identify and provide custom solutions by matching customers’ requirements to Regal Rexnord product offerings
- Provide product interchange as required
- Work with the technical team to provide solutions to customers
- Process and follow-up on customer quotations
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, follow through on expediting requests
- Prepare technical documentation (drawings, data packages)
- Prepare Engineering set-ups (item masters, BOM/ROUTE)
- Process customer orders and release work orders for production
- Work as part of the team to ensure all daily general office duties are completed
- Other duties as assigned

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

- Knowledge of electric motors and power transmission products an asset
- Electrical background is an asset
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree or certification is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail/accuracy
- Good people skills, able to handle difficult situations with customers as well as maintain cooperative relationships with all departments within the organization
- Work well with high volumes, prioritizing and multitasking
- Oracle/ERP experience is a definite asset
- Proficient in Microsoft office products, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- AutoCad or Solidworks experience is an asset
- Clear and professional oral communication skills required
- Good command of English verbal and written required
