The team at **Altima Bramalea **located in **Brampton, Ontario** is looking for a passionate, hard-working **Patient Care Coordinator** on a **Full Time basis**.

The ideal **Patient Care Coordinator** for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. Have experience with **Dentrix software, Recall max, and Dental terminology knowledge.**

We are looking for a superstar to join our Team, located in **Bramalea Mall**, our dental clinic has been part of the **community for over 25 years**

The position will include, coordinating the front desk. Greeting patients, assisting with Insurance billing, Treatment planning, and facilitating AR programs.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 2 - 4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience**:

- ** Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset**:

- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
