**Position Available: Patient Relations Executive**

Are you experienced in navigating the complex needs of individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents (MVA)? We're seeking a dedicated Patient Relations Executive to join our multidisciplinary clinic. As the primary point of contact for our patients, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Addressing patient inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Handling patient complaints with empathy and resolving them effectively.
- Collaborating with our team to coordinate patient care and streamline processes.
- Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Multitasking effectively to manage various patient-related duties concurrently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Universal software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
