**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team at Sticky Cards - the only no-app Loyalty Solution in the Cannabis industry.

As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology strategy, including the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our organizational goals.

**Duties**:

- Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the development and execution of technology initiatives
- Collaborate with executive team members to align technology strategies with business objectives
- Lead and manage product team including Managers, QA and Developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
- Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities for technological innovation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, negotiation, and business development
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, systems architecture, and cloud computing
- Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices for technology operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
