Chief Technology Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team in Toronto. As the CTO, you will be responsible for shaping the technology strategy, driving innovation, and leading the execution of technical initiatives. You will play a key role in guiding the development of cutting-edge technology solutions and ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives of Mani Wonders Inc.
- Lead the technology team and provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their success and professional growth.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the business.
- Drive innovation by fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the technology organization.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company’s digital platforms, systems, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top technology talent, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Establish and enforce technology standards, processes, and policies to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, vendors, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic insights and recommendations on technology investments and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on technology performance, milestones, and future plans.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or a similar executive leadership role in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and software engineering principles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale technology projects and teams.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the Engienering/Ecommerce industry or a related field is highly desirable.
