**About the Role**:Landform is hiring **Truck Operators** to safely and efficiently operate trucks, haul trailers and operate sanding equipment and other equipment. Equipment operation is part of the role, but the main focus is **truck driving, hauling, and delivering materials**. This is a year-round opportunity for reliable, outdoor-oriented individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a strong crew.

**Requirements**

- **Minimum Class 3Q license.**

  • Experience operating **sanding trucks, snowplow trucks, and hauling trailers with equipment** preferred.
  • Ability to safely transport equipment and materials on Calgary roads and area highways in winter conditions.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections, greasing, fluid checks, and general maintenance.
  • Strong awareness of safety standards when loading, securing, and delivering materials.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew to support site efficiency.
  • Physically able to perform outdoor work in cold weather.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Year-round employment available**, with **Spring-Fall** work including equipment hauling, grading support, trenching, and other landscaping tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond promptly to snow and ice calls.
  • Drive trucks safely and efficiently for snow removal, sanding, and hauling equipment.
  • Work overnight or early morning hours with potentially long days.
  • Perform pre-shift vehicle inspections and ensure trucks are ready for winter operations.
  • Operate snow removal equipment as secondary duty (plows, loaders, skid steers).
  • Utilize mobile apps for safety, time tracking, and reporting.
  • Keep accurate records of completed routes and material usage.
