**What you'll experience at The DRC**:

- $15.50 per hour, plus tips

**What you'll be doing**:

- Warmly greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide expert knowledge on our menu, and assist our guests with recommendations.
- Take orders accurately, noting any allergies and preferences.
- Create beautiful beverages for our guests.
- Maintain a balanced cash register.
- Follow all opening/closing duties.
- Achieve guest and service objectives set by Cluny and The DRC.
- Set up the cafe and maintain stock throughout your shift to ensure the success of your co-workers.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the work environment, including the pastry area.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in place by your management and venue.
- Fulfill other duties as required by upper management.

**What you'll bring to the café**:

- ** LOVE. **For guest service, coffee and tea
- ** EXPERIENCE. **You have one (1) or more years of Barista or Café Attendant experience is preferred but any Customer Service experience is also welcome.
- ** GENUINE WARMTH.** You’re someone who demonstrates excellent serving standards and builds lasting relationships with our guests.
- ** EDUCATION.** You have your Smart Serve certification. It is mandatory, as we also sell a small variety of alcoholic beverages.
- ** A POS Wiz. **You’ve used a Point-of-Sale system in the past.
