**Job Title**: Online Travel Assistant

**Position Type**: Full-Time or Part-Time

**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Travel Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Online Travel Assistant, you will play a key role in helping travelers plan and organize their trips. This is a remote position, providing flexibility for individuals who are passionate about travel and enjoy assisting others in creating memorable experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.

**Travel Planning**:
Assist customers in planning and organizing their travel itineraries based on their preferences, budget, and travel restrictions.

Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

**Booking Coordination**:
Handle booking processes for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities through various online platforms.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations and payments.

**Information Management**:
Keep abreast of travel industry trends, visa requirements, and any changes in regulations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences.

**Problem Resolution**:
Address and resolve issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes.

Collaborate with service providers to find suitable solutions for unexpected situations.

**Promotions and Offers**:
Stay informed about travel promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Inform customers about relevant deals to enhance their travel experience.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a customer service or travel-related role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using online travel booking platforms and tools.

Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and global destinations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$21.25 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
