**Wage**:$17.00/hr

**Hours**:Permanent part-time, evening shifts (4 or 8 hour): 5:30pm to 1:00am

**Program**:
The Prince George Family Y is a multi-services facility, offering Fitness Services, Health
Management Programs, Group Fitness classes, and Child and Youth Programs. We
believe in putting people first, with 5-Star YMCA Services, and creating environments
that are caring, welcoming and fun. The housekeeping team works together to ensure
a clean, sanitized and safe facility for all members.

**Responsibilities of this role**:

- To work as a team with other Housekeeping Team members.
- Performing general housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, floors, glass, fixtures,

servicing and stocking paper towel, soap and sanitizer dispensers.
- Cleaning fitness equipment.
- **Working independently, be aware of your surroundings and follow procedures.**
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- A combination of experience and training related to building maintenance, cleaning or

experience working in a recreation or health services facility or similar venue will be
considered an asset.
- Satisfactory criminal record check and clear vulnerable sector search and 3 satisfactory

professional references.
- Physical ability to do the duties required**.**
