**Requirements**:

- Shifts start at **6am**, thus vehicle is required
- Baking Experience: 1 year minimum
- Food Handler Certification
- Easily commute to 18295 Yonge St, East Gwillimbury (Our Location)

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce all company policies.
- Understand food safety and quality control (know how finished product looks, tastes, and smells).
- Food quality - FIFO (food rotation).
- Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Understand all food temperatures
- Prepare special orders
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Accurately and properly proof pastries and breads
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate machinery
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
