Actalent is hiring an Employee Service Specialist for a permanent role in our Montreal engineering center.

The Employee Service Specialist (ESS) is responsible for ensuring Actalent's employees and consultants throughout Canada receive exceptional service in all areas of requests including payroll, benefits, PTO, and general employment questions. The ESS is the main point of contact for employees, serving as the primary liaison with them back to Actalent's onboarding, payroll, human resources, internal partners, and corporate benefits teams.

This position offers remote / work-from-home flexibility (1 day per week remote).

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relative field (human resources, business admin, ect.) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an employee service or HR related position.
- Prior experience involving benefits administration, payroll and onboarding and internal employee and/or contractor support is preferred.
- Ability to communication effectively and provide proper follow-up to both consultants and management.
- Ability to work and partner with management and executive stakeholders.
- High-level ability to organize, problem-solve and prioritize multiple tasks and inquiries required.
- Proficient with MS Office suite of tools.
- Bilingual - English and French.

Actalent embauche un spécialiste du service aux employés pour un poste permanent à son centre d'ingénierie de Montréal. Le spécialiste du service aux employés (SSÉ) est chargé de veiller à ce que les employés et les consultants d'Actalent partout au Canada reçoivent un service exceptionnel pour toutes les demandes, y compris la paie, les avantages sociaux, les congés payés et les questions générales liées à l'emploi. Le SSE est le principal point de contact pour les employés et assure la liaison principale avec les équipes d'intégration, de paie, de ressources humaines, de partenaires internes et d'avantages sociaux d'Actalent.

Ce poste offre une flexibilité de travail à distance / à domicile (1 jour par semaine à distance initialement pendant la formation).

**Exigences et qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe (ressources humaines, administration des affaires, etc.) souhaité.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste lié aux services aux employés ou aux RH.
- Une expérience préalable dans la gestion des avantages sociaux, la paie et l’intégration, ainsi que dans le soutien aux employés internes et/ou aux sous-traitants, est un atout.
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement et d'assurer un suivi adéquat avec les consultants et la direction.
- Capacité de travailler en partenariat avec la direction et les parties prenantes.
- Grande capacité d'organiser, résoudre les problèmes et hiérarchiser plusieurs tâches et demandes est requise.
- Maîtrise des outils de la suite MS Office.
- Bilingue : anglais et français.
