**Tasks**:

- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures

- Monitor company's or department's performance, prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies
- Evaluate financial risk, prepare financial forecasts, financing scenarios and other documents concerning capital management
- Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets
