**Position**: Quality Documentation Specialist

**Location**: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec or Burlington or Oakville, Ontario

**Status**: Contract, 12 months (maternity leave replacement)

This is an entry-level position within our dynamic Quality Documentation team. Do you have your science degree and want to join a strong, committed team? **Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for reviewing, validating, tracking, storing, and managing specific product related documents for the organization using TraceGains doc mgt system.
- Monitor confidential products, items and documents and update in TraceGains as required.
- Maintain and update all tracking lists used for managing documents
- Work with the quality team, marketing team and vendors to address any documentation requirements or changes
- Proactively contact internal and external stakeholders to update documents before they expire
- Provide support to the quality team for various processes as needed
- Assist in creation and processing of CASEs, forms and questionnaires.
- Assist in COA review and approval as required.
- Collaborate with all functional groups / departments if issues with regards to documentation requirements.
- Assist in development of documentation standards and procedures.
- Assist compliance team with regards to complaints as required.
- Work on other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in document control systems or quality management system
- Have some experience in a manufacturing environment working on quality projects
- Bachelor's degree in science, with a preference for food, pharmacy and chemistry
- Strong computer skills and comfortable in an advanced digital environment
- You have a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive in identifying issues and taking action
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret information with sound judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
