**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage all shipping and receiving activities across multiple inventories, ensuring timely and accurate movement of aerospace components.
- Maintain inventory across two sites, ensuring accuracy and traceability of new, overhauled, and as-removed parts for builds, sales, and internal repairs.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with precision, ensuring proper documentation and timely order fulfillment.
- Support overhaul operations by organizing and preparing part kits based on work order requirements, maintaining alignment with aviation quality and traceability standards.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, anticipate shortages, and proactively initiate replenishment to avoid operational delays.
- Uphold compliance with aerospace regulatory standards in shipping documentation and parts traceability.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Asset, and Sales departments to align inventory availability with demand and ongoing business activities.
**Requirements**:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in inventory systems
- Experience with shipping/receiving, POs, SOs, and invoice processing
- Knowledge of overhaul workflows and aviation regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple sites
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
