**The Opportunity**:
The Property Administrator will support the Property Manager for a mid-sized Property Portfolio. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day property, office and administration tasks.

**What you will do: Office Responsibilities**
- Data entry
- Liaise with building staff, office staff, and tenants courteously and efficiently.
- Assist with preparations of leases, office documents.
- Review Lease packages for accuracy before filing in tenants’ files.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and order when needed
- Prepare and distribute documents as directed by the Property Manager.
- Update and maintain all tenant-related information.

**Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Review and process cheque refunds and update tenant balances
- Assist in preparation and distribution of monthly reports to Management Team
- All other duties as assigned

**Experience**
- Solid background in Office Administration
- Minimum 3 years Property Management and accounts payable

**Education**
- High school diploma supplemented with a post-secondary education within the related field

**Organizational/Multi-task skills**:
Ability to manage tight deadlines and use time efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priority and adapt to new ideas and constant changes.

**Computer skills**:
Proficient in all Microsoft office word, excel and power point.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
