Embroidery and Screen Printer

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate screen printing machines to produce designs on fabric and other materials.
- Mix inks according to specifications to achieve desired colors and consistency.
- Monitor the printing process for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Keep accurate records of production runs, including quantities printed and any issues encountered.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Embroider Garments for Teams, Clubs, Businesses, Contractors, Customers
- Day to Day Operation of the Business like filing, organizing, cleaning and other General Duties as needed

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.

HOURS VARY and some days may be flexible in hours

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
