Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Operate the POS system to process payments and manage tabs
- Engage with guests, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Must have basic knowledge of food safety regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

- Serve It Right Saskatchewan (preferred)
