Server/bartender

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to recipes and safety guidelines
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or bar settings
- Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling and alcohol service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly desirable, including restaurant experience or fine dining background
- Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
- Strong skills in serving, bartending, cash handling, and retail math are advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques is required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.35-$15.45 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
