**Outdoor Property Maintenance Worker**

**Description**

As a Property and Maintenance Worker, you will assist the maintenance team with the safe and efficient maintenance operations and repair of all facility infrastructures, property maintenance and repair of all equipment. You will complete day to day activities and participate in a variety of project work ensuring. This position also works to ensures all employees and customers are provided with a clean and safe working environment through a proactive, preventative approach to maintaining company assets.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with landscape constructions, Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, Cut grass, Rake/ collect refuse, Remove litter and garbage, Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, Water lawns/gardens, Repair and maintain equipment, installation of flat markers which requires some heavy lifting.
- Communicate daily with Manager and prioritize maintenance activities and escalate issues as required.
- Ensure that preventative maintenance complies with company standards.
- Ensure that all maintenance documentation is correctly completed and updated regularly.
- Assist Manager with completing maintenance requests to ensure that required routine, emergency & preventive maintenance is completed on time.
- Follow all company policies & safety policies, and report any accident and/or hazard immediately.
- Execute special projects and other duties as assigned by the operations.

**Type of Machinery or Equipment**:
Tractor mower, Sod cutter, Weed trimmer/edger, Backhoe, Tractor, Front-end loaders, Small engine equipment.

**Own Tools/Equipment**
- Steel-toed safety boots

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
