Artistic Décor Venue are boutique event venues that specialize in creating memorable experiences for our clients through meticulously curated events, from intimate gatherings to weddings. We are different than other event spaces as we also offer many in house décor options. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring every event exceeds expectations.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Event Staff Members to join our team. As an Event Staff Member, you will play a vital role in the success of events hosted at our venue. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Support: Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including arranging furniture, setting up the tableware, setting up food counter, setting up decorations, and managing event spaces.
- Guest Service: Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
- Vendor Coordination: Support interactions with vendors and ensure that their setup and services meet event requirements.
- Operational Tasks: Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and order, and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all venue safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in event support or hospitality is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
- Personality: Friendly, reliable, and able to work well under pressure. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for events are essential.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
