**Job Description**:
We are looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic HRIS & Total Rewards Analyst to join our team.
- Own the ongoing implementation and maintenance of the HRIS, including data management and process mapping.
- Configure all modules within the system (new and existing modules), based on business needs.
- Act as the client administrator and maintain a positive and open working partnership with the system vendors for all improvements, new releases, and system issues.
- Be the point of contact for all HR related system inquiries, support users and offer training as required.
- Maintain organizational charts in order to ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
- Develop, maintain and improve workflows and procedures to support HRIS requirements.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a good employee experience.
- Support the HR team with data and analytics such as: system usage, workflow, KPI, compensation, hierarchy, head count, turn over, seniority, performance appraisal process, etc.
- Promote the optimization of compensation practices, recommend and improve total rewards policies and procedures.
- Collaborates in all compensation structure such as; market analysis, bonus structure, salary structure by province, etc.
- Participate in Group Benefit enhancements as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or any other related field.
- More than 5 years of experience as a systems administrator and/or Analyst.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers, colleagues and 3rd party suppliers.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent prioritizing and organizational skills.
