**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver direct treatment services (care, coaching and counselling) to youth on a daily basis as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the team and families.
- Support and advocate for clients to ensure they have access to services internally and in the wider community.
- Plan and participate in therapeutic programming and recreational activities (e.g. yoga, art therapy, cooking, CBT).
- Supervise and assist students during non-academic instructional periods, e.g., recess, lunch, arrival/dismissal, etc.
- Participate in school wide events and special observances (e.g. graduation, holidays cultural celebrations, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with professional standards and Agency and Day Treatment Policy.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external professionals to ensure comprehensive service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Will Bring**:

- A diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work or equivalent.
- Experience working in a Day Treatment Program is an asset.
- Understanding of mental health, trauma informed care, and adolescent development.
- Knowledge of community services and resources relevant to youth and families.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including documentation and time management.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to the needs of a dynamic treatment setting.
- Ability to speak French or another language is considered an asset.
