**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate boom trucks and cranes safely and efficiently to transport materials.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew members to coordinate lifting operations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
- Assist in rigging loads securely for safe transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating boom trucks or cranes is preferred; certification is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with forklifts is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
