**About the Role**
Step into the exciting world of event planning as a Meeting Manager You'll be at the helm of organizing impactful meetings, working closely with clients to ensure every detail is perfect. With your flair for logistics and knack for client relations, you'll create memorable experiences that make every event shine. **You're Good At**
- Managing meetings from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience
- Building strong relationships with clients and vendors alike
- Handling logístical details like travel, on-site support, and more
- Staying organized and meeting deadlines like a pro
- Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance client engagements

**You Might Also Have**
- A college degree (highly preferred for added credibility)
- At least two years of experience managing meetings and negotiating vendor contracts within the pharmaceutical meetings industry.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry (bonus points)
- Proficiency in both English and French for excellent communication
- Familiarity with video-conferencing systems and Microsoft Office

**You Should Know**
This role requires you to be in our client's Montreal office at least two days a week. You’ll also need to be ready for up to 20% travel as needed.
