**Key Responsibilities**:

- Masterfully prepare, cook, and present artisan pizzas using traditional and innovative techniques.
- Ensure the wood-fired or specialty pizza oven is maintained and operated properly for consistent quality.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and refine the pizza menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere within the kitchen team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Pizzaiolo in a high-end or authentic pizzeria environment.
