The Team

The Role

Some of the key accountabilities include:

- Leads the creation and set-up of the holistic design, development, management, and delivery of transformation programs from an operations/operational perspective, and governs its operational execution standards
- Manages a team to deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, completeness, issues, escalations, monitoring progress against the operational requirements and KPI's
- Deliver communication & change management plans and all relevant documentation to ensure successful operational execution and benefits realization.
- Oversee the development and execution of operational support processes along with improvements across different functional areas, such as budget management and vendor management (i.e., relationship management, pipeline of technologies)
- Ensure goals defined are met for the program and team members, while always strategically thinking ahead to continuously improve the program
- Recommend and propose strategic changes/improvements to be made to receive buy-in from the relevant stakeholders
- Bring innovative thinking to break down strategic problems, supported by analysis fit for multi disciplinary initiatives and a complex matrix organization
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, partners and their teams, to facilitate collaboration
- Contribute to opportunities to drive coaching and mentoring to accelerate and optimize performance for team members

What You Will Bring to Succeed
- Education in Business, Operations, Processes, Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of IT and/or business industry work experience
- Experience creating financial reports, data analysis and project status documentation
- Intermediate + Knowledge of business tools such as Office 365, Power BI, JIRA, SharePoint
- Technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines, technologies, and processes including project execution (waterfall and/or agile), process improvement, change planning, digital transformation,
- Intermediate + Spanish

language skills and/or cultural understanding of business principles in Latin America are assets.
