**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide the team in executing tasks accurately.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing input on material costs, labor estimates, and overall project financials.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the residential construction industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and quality control measures.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes related to residential projects.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills combined with the ability to understand complex schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
