**Responsibilities**

- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Help with site preparation, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a labor environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
