Barrie Painting and Staining, a painting contracting business in the Barrie/Innisfil area is looking for a **HARD** **WORKING and DEDICATED individual** to take on a role as a **Production Manager**. Production managers are responsible for a large amount of the business' day-to-day operations and managing production staff.

**Production Oversight**:
Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes.

**Supply Chain Management**:
Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.

**Client Communication**:
Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience.

Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Team Scheduling**:
Schedule painters into shifts, optimizing manpower to meet project timelines.

Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

**Project Coordination**:
Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the painting or construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
