While no formal post-secondary education or work experience is required, experience managing others is considered an asset. Frequent bonuses will also be available to the manager if the business hits its production goals. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the overall completion and quality of contracting projects Active participation in marketing & sales Client communication and production scheduling Training, onboarding & managing employees Initiating and finishing jobs including: Picking up client payments Transporting materials such as ladders, paint cans, etc Working with suppliers to place paint and material orders Jobsite marketing efforts Manage other day-to-day tasks that may be required of managers Supporting in the coordination of staff events Providing updates to the business owner on an ongoing basis Want to learn more or get more information?
