**Position**: Pizza Artis **Location**: 205 Richmond Road

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and ensure adherence to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash management procedures
- Assist the management team in achieving operational goals and targets

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a role in the food service, hospitality, or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
