**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our team. You will responsible for Producing, scaling and balling our Pizza doughs everyday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare dough following specific recipes and guidelines
- Monitor and adjust dough consistency as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers and dough sheeters
- Other kitchen prep, such as pizza topping and cookies
- Package and label dough for storage or immediate use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dough preparation area
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned

**Skills**:

- Experience in food preparation, particularly in baking or a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cooking skills are preferred
- Familiarity with bread production is a must
- Ability to communicate with the chefs, and other kitchen staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

Work Location: In person
