As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Team and back-up reception at Integra Support Services. As such, the incumbent must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks.

The role is critical in supporting the HR Team with tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing documents, benefits administration and assisting the recruitment officer.

The HR Administrator will embrace the Essence of Life, the Culture of Integra and uphold the Mission and Goals of the company.
- Areas of Responsibility: _
- Type and format a variety of documents, letters, memos, personnel file data, and manuals
- Develop and maintain a variety of company forms
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain personnel files as per standard procedures
- Assist with the oversight of office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and distribute various HR reports
- Answer telephones, greet clients at reception area, notify appropriate staff of visitors
- Answer routine inquiries from employees
- Process and follow-up with leave absences, including WorkSafeBC (WCB) claims
- Liaise with WCB and Disability Management Institute (DMI) consultants
- Administer and maintain the employee’s benefits and pension plan programs
- Performs other duties as required
- Qualifications:_
- Grade 12 and/or diploma/certificate in office administration, or demonstrated experience in a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in office administration
- Criminal Record Check
- Class 5 Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Skills:_
- Experience in MS office products, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Products
- Critical thinking and problem analysis skills
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to deal with the public in a tactful, courteous manner
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
