**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across long distances safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo details as required by DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered during transit.
- Manage loading and unloading of freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism on the road.
- To ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) CLASS 1 is required.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols is essential.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as part of employment requirements.
