We’re currently hiring a **Production Worker** for our Plant 3 Manufacturing facility. The hours for this role are from 6:30AM - 3:00PM. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the focus of this role is to take on a variety of hands-on tasks to keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly. These tasks are usually straightforward and designed to make sure our facility operates as efficiently as possible. On any given day, the **Production Worker**is responsible for:

- Operate and monitor both manual and automated equipment to maintain smooth production while following All Weather instructions for safe and efficient operation.
- Follow production procedures to meet targets and maintain consistency.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Identify and report equipment or product issues to the right team members.
- Keep your workspace and equipment clean, organized, and ready to go.
- Collaborate with your team to keep productivity and efficiency on track.
- Help ensure production schedules are met both daily and weekly.
- Follow all standard operating procedures, organizational policies, and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Operate equipment according to manufacturer instructions while prioritizing safety.

Skills needed:

- Good hand-eye coordination; requires attention and precise movements
- High focus on quality and detail to quickly identify and address defects
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of bending, lifting, pushing, turning and twisting objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, crouching, bending, reaching for long periods of time
- Ability to accurately use a measuring tape
- The ability to read, write and understand English is required to follow instructions and maintain workplace safety
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs as well as work overtime as required

Work Environment:

- Exposure to a busy plant environment, including dirt particles, loud noise levels, and operating machinery.
- Repetitive motions, extended periods of standing, and tasks that require physical endurance.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and the ability to navigate a fast paced work environment.
